Where do our wines come from?
Castillo de Molina
The brothers Bonifacio and José Gregorio Correa Albana founded the winery Viña San Pedro in Chile in 1865. The Castillo de Molina series was successfully introduced in 1980.
The vineyards are protected by both the Andes and the Pacific Ocean. The influence of both is very strong. It matters a lot whether the vineyards are close to the ocean or close to the Andes. In this way, the ocean provides a relatively cool climate, which in particular produces excellent wines for Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc. The climate close to the mountains, on the other hand, is warm, with cool nights. Ideal for blue grapes.
The vineyards in front of the Castillo de Molina are spread over Chile, allowing the various grape varieties to mature optimally. The skillful hand of the winemaker then takes care of the rest.
Where do our coffee beans come from?
A 100% Arabica coffee bean
This ideal composition of 100% Arabica coffee beans is characterized by a delicious full coffee flavor with a touch of character. The slow roast method ensures that all tastes are shown to their best advantage.
A coffee for espresso lovers and distinct flavors. Characteristics of this blend are a full body and a round robust taste. We find here a combination of citrus fruit combined with a diversity of chocolate shades. Partly due to the composition of Brazil, Ethiopia and Honduras, this blend gets the full, friendly taste.
Rainforest Alliance Certified
This quality mark stands for environmentally friendly products derived from fair trade. An important criterion is the protection of the rainforest and the welfare of the workers. This blend meets all the criteria set by this quality mark and is composed of only the very best coffee beans. These are picked manually and only the perfectly ripened berries are selected for this. These are then roasted in small quantities so that we have optimum control over how the taste and aromas form.
