‘We wanted to do qualitative research in the Netherlands, Germany and France for a (new) concept within our bank. The sessions had to be done in 5 fast, short sprints.
We were looking for a party that could facilitate us with these sprints. We approached various parties. The proposals were at the same level for most parties in terms of price and quality. We opted for CG because they showed the most entrepreneurial spirit, a “wir schaffen es” mentality. This proved to be true during the entire process. During the sprints it is important that you can switch quickly and that everyone in the process handles them well. Of course without the quality being put under pressure.
The challenge was not easy. The target group of private bankers are difficult to recruit and the moderators really had to have specific knowledge of finance. Nevertheless, CG has succeeded in facilitating us well in our international project. That is why we have now started the second project. “
