The world is global, but research is often only done locally. In your own country you have a network and you have and know people around you who can help you with something. Abroad it becomes an issue. You may have even more need to explore the market internationally than locally. In your own country you are a consumer yourself, you speak to friends and family, you go to the store yourself, etc. Abroad you don’t. So you have to collect all your market insights. Only you don’t know the way. CG is happy to be your guide and organizer.

Often you can already do a part yourself. If you only want to speak to 10 Italians via a video call in English, you shouldn’t be with an international research network or even a local full service research agency. Too much overhead and too many links and it is not their core business. What you then need is a local CG. A party that recruits the right profile, provides the incentive and has the right person available online for you at the planned time.

What do our customers say about our international researches?

Voor een (nieuw) concept binnen onze bank wilden we kwalitatief onderzoek doen in Nederland, Duitsland en Frankrijk. De sessies moesten in 5 snelle, korte sprints gedaan worden. We zochten een partij die ons kon faciliteren met deze sprints.

We hebben verschillende partijen benaderd. De voorstellen lagen qua prijs en kwaliteit bij de meeste partijen op hetzelfde niveau.Wij hebben gekozen voor CG omdat zij in gesprek de meest entrepreneurial spirit toonden, een “wir schaffen es” mentaliteit. CG bleek dit tijdens het hele traject ook waar te maken.

Bij de sprints is het van belang dat je snel kunt schakelen en dat iedereen in het proces daar goed mee omgaat. Uiteraard zonder dat de kwaliteit onder druk komt te staan. De uitdaging was niet makkelijk. De doelgroep Private Bankers zijn lastig te werven en de moderators moesten echt specifieke kennis van finance hebben. Toch is CG er in geslaagd om ons goed te faciliteren in ons internationale project.

Het tweede project hebben we daarom nu ook opgestart.
