Our clients question: would a Danish brand, currently located in Utrecht, also be successful in France? How better to put this question to the test by letting the French consumers experience the store in Utrecht themselves?
CG arranged the entire project: from recruiting French respondents, arranging their trip by train and their stay in Utrecht to a French-speaking moderator. To make sure every detail was captured we had a French-English interpreter and a note taker that took notes in English.
After fieldwork of 2 days and a budget of 14.000 euro our client now knows the opinion of the French customers and if this new branch is viable.
